This amazing home offers fantastic views of Beaver Lake from nearly every room in the house!  This home is in excellent condition… bring your family and friends and make yourself at home.

This large single-level home is perched on a hillside above the lake. There is a large deck across the rear of the home, including a private area behind the master bedroom.

The floor plan is very open with two living areas, or the den area off the kitchen serves as the TV room and/or an additional sleeping area (sofa-bed).  There is a screened in porch next to the den.. providing a secondary area to relax bug free.  (although, bugs aren’t typically a problem)

There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom with a full bath attached. The other two bedrooms have a Queen bed and two twin beds, with hallway access to the main floor bathroom.

This home also has a pass-thru Fireplace, new Flat screen TVs, dvd player, and satellite TV with WiFi.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles + a trailer.
